I am Davor, graduated school teacher, I also have Tropical Islands blog since 2020 https://tropicalislands.net/ (that had over 100 articles that appear on the first page in Google, and over 10 000 pictures, over 400 articles). Sonja is still attached to both these sites as observer, adviser and ,,technical” supporter. She had jobs in IT company, she is a SEO specialist, marketing manager and has her own blogs since 2017, she has many years of online work. We both worked for IT gambling sector as well as team leaders.
Horror Valley was founded by Sonja and Davor some years ago. The first Horror Valley (horror-valley.com) was created back then in October 2018, and was designed as a commercial site, to sell stories. We made many short stories to sell, and facebook (and other social media accounts) to promote it. But, due to other real life obligations, the site was ,,paused”. We were engaged in professional writing stories for some clients, however, meantime.
Then, we decided to redesign Horror Valley in 2020, in new place (horrorvalley.com since the old one had a different system for trade, and this one does not sell anything). It was an educational nonprofit blog about horror stories. We wrote about meaning, origins, types of scary stories, as well as real events upon which stories are based on. Also, put everything we previously made for sale here, for free to download. The blog was again paused in 2022 due to our jobs and my big tropical islands blog.
Now (as of September 2026) for the third time after a pause of several years, it’s time to get Horror Valley up and running again. Since the Halloween season here (for us) starts at the end of September, every year we decorate the room and the terrace until the beginning of November, tell scary stories, watch horror movies with effects, it’s time to post all that on the blog to share all of this with the public. This time the blog will also have reviews/comments for movies, scary stories in Serbian and English and various things related to the topic.
